I specialize in working with people with symptoms of trauma and adverse life experiences. Additionally, I have experience working with people experiencing general anxiety, social anxiety, panic, depression, grief, bipolar disorder, addiction, disordered eating, anger, and more.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a gentle, effective therapy that helps your brain process painful memories so they no longer feel as intense. Together, we use eye movements to help your mind “unstick” from the past, so you can feel calmer, lighter, and more present in your life.
Ego state therapy is like getting to know the whole “cast of characters” inside you — the wounded child, the inner critic, even the part that feels anxious. By helping each part feel heard and understood, we can turn down the inner arguments and help them work together, so you feel more balanced and at peace. Have you seen the movie, Inside Out?
Client-centered therapy is all about you. It is judgment-free space where you get to explore what’s on your mind while I listen with care and curiosity. Together, we focus on what matters most to you and find ways to help you feel more like your best self.
Jungian-informed shadow therapy helps you gently explore the hidden parts of yourself — the ones you might avoid, feel embarrassed by, or not even realize are there. Instead of pushing those parts away, we get curious about what they’re trying to tell you. By bringing them into the light, you can feel more whole, less reactive, and more connected to who you really are.
Existential therapy is about exploring life’s big questions — Who am I? Why am I here? What truly matters to me? Together, we look at the meaning you create in your life, your choices, and your freedom to shape your future and to live more authentically.
